10/11/08 - Taking the night off :)

Kayleigh is doing great, but I am dead tired. We just got back from our visit and while she was sleeping like a rock on my chest, looking so peaceful, she reminded me how much seep I have not gotten lately. So, tonight I am going to cuddle up with my beautiful wife and get some zzz's.

Congratulations on your beautiful baby girl...I found your site today and was awestruck by the amazing faith, and dedication you have to your beautiful baby girl. I was witness to my friends 3 preemie baby girls and am no stranger to the NICU dance (2 steps forward, 1 step back). Keep up the good work and your faith and you shall endure. Even at your worst moments remember that Our Lord will not give us anything that he does not feel that we can handle. Positive attitudes mean a lot and while at times, they are hard to keep up, it won't be long before you have your precious little one home with you...what a beautiful family!!
