Shout it to the World!!!

First of all, thank you all so much for all the Happy Father's Day wishes. It was a tough day, but thanks to my good friend Joseph for getting me out of the house. We took a long bike ride down to the south end of the beach, back up around the loop in Wrightsville Beach, and then some. I would say all together, we traveled a good 15-20 miles and I was certainly in a much better state of mind when I was done. Exercise certainly uplifts your soul.

As you all know Wednesday June 23rd is Kayleigh's birthday and what I feel would be a good gift for Kayleigh up in Heaven is that every single one of you share her story with someone you know, don't know or needs to know so that they too can be touched by an Angel.

One thing that I know for sure, and I am sure Aimee would agree with me, is that we will never stop sharing Kayleigh's story with the world. We will continue to carry on her legacy and touch as many lives as we possibly can. She was and continues to be such an inspiration to so many people. Emails come in daily of people who came across her story and their lives have been touched by Kayleigh. Just a month ago, an email came in from an amazing guy in Afghanistan who was sending his prayers. Praise God and thanks to Kayleigh for such an amazing and heartfelt surprise like that.

I recently had the pleasure of speaking in our Rotary Club last week and sharing Kayleigh's story to everyone and even though I fear speaking in front of groups of people, I miss sharing her story like that whether it be a March of Dimes event, on the radio or on national television. After I start talking, my fears disappear and my heart just pours out. It is emotionally draining, not because I talk about her no longer physically being with us on earth, but because every single spectator's eyes are filled with tears and I know they will be forever changed.

Share her story for me, for Aimee and especially for Kayleigh. I told Aimee what I am doing and we plan to do this cool thing and you all can follow suit as well. I plan to post a big Happy Birthday Kayleigh several times a day (with her link attached) on Facebook, Twitter and all the blogs for every single person that we know to see Happy Birthday Kayleigh posted EVERYWHERE. Everyone is going to be curious who this Kayleigh is and with God's work, they will find out. You were a witness to her miracles and blessings for a reason. Your lives have been blessed for knowing her and following her journey. So, SHOUT IT to the world and help bless someone else's life too.

Thank you very very much and God Bless!

Hi, it was a heartbreaking moment when i saw this video of kayleigh in facebook. I know how tough to undergo this kind of pain to see your child suffering at early age. i had experience this too my baby was born 2 lb 7 months. I know the pain seeing him at incubator with many machines on his body, he survived it and now he is 6 years old. I was crying when i see this video.. i am sorry for the loss of your baby, she did her best to survive and not to give up so she can be with her mom and dad for some time and she wants to taste to live in this world. Wherever she is now i know she is happy in the arms of the Lord. Her memory will live forever on earth. Take care. Chelsea- from BC,Canada

hi im justine,

i am very moved by Kayleigh's story that it made me cry and realized how blessed i am to have my baby. Thank you so much for sharing your story. This is an inspirational story to young teenagers who gets pregnant at any early age (instead of aborting a precious life) i believe they will realize that it is a great blessing to bare a child in our womb. I know Kayleigh is happy because she knew all the things you did for her, your overflowing love and affection for her was so tremendous that we, as viewers where able to feel it. Just be strong in God, God works in mysterious way. God will never leave you empty, he will replace everything you lost. If he asks you to put something down, its because He wants you to pick up something greater.

God bless you and your family always..

GOD bless you and your family. I was touched by Kayleigh's story. Everyone knows she's happy now in heaven. I couldn't imagine how she made it through all those procedures. She lived for almost 11 months. Infants can't share their pains to adults. Bless your family what you went through, the challenges, hardships and sufferings. Your family will be a good role model to everyone. Love and support is all we can give to our children no matter what the consequences. To baby Kayleigh, you're everyone's little angel now, watching over us.
Love your story. Inspiring.
I'm also a Filipino, now residing in the US and a citizen.
Thank you for sharing your story

I had my first born taken back by HIM and it left me so devastated and so angry at HIM. it took 6 months to realize that God must have something more beautiful

And HE gave me three beautiful kids in exchange. I have an angel in Heaven and three beautiful ones with me. I still cry when I think of him, he should be 20 years old on November 30.

We are blessed. and thank you for sharing Kayleigh.
