Surgery @ 8:00am (EST) - Procedure consists of G-Tube, Nissen, Bilateral Hernia Repair & a new Central Line Placement. Please pray for Kayleigh and the doctors.
Lord, please guide the doctors to perform these procedures without complication. She's come through strong before and with your love and mercy, she will do it again. Continue to do your awesome work in Kayleigh!

I am so touched by your blog. I just stumbled upon it. I'm 27 years old and I was born 3 months premature and weighed 2 lbs. 13 oz. This was back in '81, so technology has come so far since then! I will be praying for your sweet Kayleigh and for your family. Thank you for spreading the news of this miracle from the Lord!
I work at White County Memorial Hospital in Monticello Indiana. Its a small town known for Indiana Beach. I wounldnt be suprised if you haven't heard of if. Anyway...I pulled your blog up at work and showed miss Kayleigh off to some of the girls that I work with. They fell in love with her!(ofcourse) Now in the mornings when I walk into work I will hear music playing and I know that they are checking up on her!
We started talking about it today and we are very worried about your house situation. We have thought about writing Oprah. I'm not sure if you have done this yet, or if you would be upset if I did. So I want to make sure its ok with you. I think if Oprah were to hear about this, she may be able to keep you from losing your house. Let me know what ou think.

I don't know you and I simply stumbled on your blog about a month ago. I have been touched by the depth of your faith and been blessed by your strength. I am praying for you, your beautiful daughter, and her entire medical team as they prepare for surgery right now. Guide the hands of the doctors, Jesus. Give those involved in sweet Kayleigh's care wisdom and bless each one of them. Place Your hand upon her family and wrap Your arms of love around each one who knows and loves this little girl. Give them peace that passes all understanding. Most of all, be with Kayleigh this morning as she has surgery. I pray that she heals quickly and is able to go home to her family very soon. We thank you Lord Jesus for the blessing that her life has brought to people around the world. We love you and ask these things in the name of Christ. Amen. WHy does Kayleigh still need a central line? I thought all her meds will go thru the G tube after surgery?
